Reporting a problem

To help us fix it quickly, please include:

  • Your browser and version (for example Chrome 131 on Windows 11).
  • The file format and approximate size, and how many files were in the batch.
  • The settings you used and the error message shown next to the file, if any.

Please don’t send us your files unless we ask – Asset Compressor is designed so we never need to see them.
